How to use

Wear the belt directly around your waist, over a thin shirt or directly on your skin if comfortable.
Wrap it snugly around your midsection and fasten the Velcro securely. It should feel firm but not restrict your breathing or movement.
Wear it during workouts such as walking, running, cycling, strength training, or other fitness activities to increase heat and perspiration around your core.
For everyday use, wear it for 1–2 hours at a time. During exercise, wear it only for the duration of your workout.
After use, remove the belt, wipe it clean with a damp cloth and mild soap, and allow it to air dry completely before storing.

Tips

Stay well hydrated, as the belt increases sweating.
Do not wear it while sleeping.
Stop using it if you experience pain, numbness, dizziness, or skin irritation.
Remember, the belt does not burn fat by itself. It mainly increases sweating and may provide core support during exercise. Long-term fat loss still depends on maintaining a calorie deficit through diet and regular physical activity.
